KinetiCore technology

Traditional rotational-impact systems use a separate liner glued or clipped inside the shell. KinetiCore replaces that approach with Controlled Crumple Zones moulded directly into the helmet's EPS foam. During an angled impact, the zones deform to redirect rotational energy away from the head. The result is lighter, cleaner and more consistent than bolt-on solutions — and there are no moving parts to squeak or degrade over time.

Construction & materials

The Sphere is built with an in-mould polycarbonate shell fused to the EPS liner for a stiff, lightweight structure. At 280 g (size M) it sits comfortably in the lightweight road-helmet class. Nylon hardware and recycled stitched straps complete the build.

Compatibility & fit

This listing is size Medium, fitting head circumferences of 55–59 cm. Use a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head (just above the ears) to confirm your size before ordering. Certifications: CPSC and EN 1078. Always replace a helmet after any significant impact, regardless of visible damage.
