Need your front end higher on the TT or tri bike? This kit lifts your Profile Design aerobar brackets 60 mm above the handlebar, raising the armrests and extensions together so your wrist angle stays where you set it.

How it works

The risers sit between the lower bracket on the handlebar and the upper aerobar bracket. The longer bolts pass through the lower bracket and risers and thread into the upper bracket (on J2 brackets they go the other way, top to bottom). Profile Design specifies 6 Nm on these bolts and asks that you recheck them after the first ride and periodically after that.

Stacking

Profile Design allows stacking kits up to 70 mm of total rise. With this 60 mm kit, that means adding a 5 or 10 mm riser from the 15 mm kit. A stacked set-up needs longer bolts to match the total height, sold separately as the Profile Design Aerobar Riser Bolt Kit.

Compatibility & fit

Profile Design lists this kit for Sonic Ergo, Supersonic Ergo, Subsonic Bracket, Neosonic Bracket, J4 Bracket, J3 Bracket and J2 Bracket, T+ Carbon Series and T+ Aluminium Series aerobars. It's for a 31.8 mm clamp only and doesn't work with shim kits. Aerobar fitting and position set-up is a separate workshop service and isn't included in the price. Our workshop can fit the risers and set up your position.
