KinetiCore technology

Unlike add-on rotational systems, KinetiCore's Controlled Crumple Zones are moulded directly into the EPS foam shell. In an angled impact, these zones compress and flex to redirect and absorb rotational energy — the same type of force associated with serious head injuries. The result is certified protection in a clean, uncluttered design that adds no bulk or weight.

Construction

The Sphere KC uses an in-mould polycarbonate shell bonded to the EPS foam core, delivering a stiff, lightweight structure. The shell and foam are integrated during manufacture for greater structural integrity than two-piece construction. The Harbor Grey colourway features a subtle, versatile finish that suits road kit and casual riding alike.

Compatibility & Fit

This listing is size Medium, fitting head circumferences of 55–59 cm. Use a flexible tape measure to find your circumference before ordering. Certified to CPSC and EN 1078 (CE) standards.
