DualCore technology explained

Traditional helmets use a single-density EPS foam. Lazer's DualCore construction integrates two distinct foam densities into one shell: a softer low-density layer sits next to your head and compresses progressively to help manage rotational impact energy, while a harder high-density layer beneath the outer shell handles direct-impact absorption. Controlled Crumple Zones are designed to redirect energy away from the skull during a crash. The result is meaningful rotational protection without the added bulk of a separate liner.

The Impala KinetiCore is compatible with an optional fleece winter kit for year-round use, and supports Lazer's Universal LED attachment system for low-light riding. The helmet ships with a universal mount (UM) accessory already included. Straps are made from recycled materials, and the overall construction prioritises a low profile that doesn't catch on branches or compromise your field of vision in technical terrain.

Compatibility & fit

Size S fits head circumferences of 52–56 cm. Measure around the widest part of your head and consult the Lazer size chart before ordering. This version ships with the universal mount (UM) included.
