KinetiCore Technology

KinetiCore is Lazer's proprietary integrated rotational impact protection system — the result of over a decade of research and development. Rather than adding a secondary liner or slip-plane layer, KinetiCore uses precisely engineered crumple zones moulded directly into the EPS foam. These zones manage both direct and rotational impact energy simultaneously, reducing the forces transmitted to the brain during a crash. The result is a lighter, simpler helmet with no added components to maintain or replace.

Construction

The Cage KinetiCore uses a lightweight fibreglass outer shell reinforced with carbon fibre in the chin bar and key structural areas. Interior EPS foam with KinetiCore crumple zones provides primary impact absorption, while customisable cheek pads allow fine-tuning the fit. The polycarbonate and nylon hardware is built to withstand repeated use in trail conditions.
