Protection technology

KinetiCore replaces the traditional plastic slip-plane with integrated crumple zones moulded directly into the EPS shell. In an impact, these zones compress in a controlled sequence to dissipate both linear and rotational energy away from your head. Because the protection is part of the shell itself rather than a separate insert, the Z1 KinetiCore is 24% lighter than its Z1 MIPS predecessor while achieving a higher safety score.

Ventilation and comfort

Thirty-three vents are fed by open front channels and exhausted through the rear, with internal routing that pulls air efficiently across your scalp. A floating headband lifts the retention cradle clear of your forehead to further boost airflow. Polygiene Biostatic-treated padding and antibacterial strap webbing manage moisture and odour across long training blocks and back-to-back ride days.

Compatibility & fit

This helmet is size L, covering head circumferences of 58 to 61 cm, in a Full White finish. It is certified to CE EN 1078 and CPSC standards for road use. Compatible with the Lazer Aeroshell (sold separately) for aero or wet-weather coverage, and accepts the Lazer Universal Rechargeable LED taillight via the integrated rear mount.
