Put SRAM DUB cranks into a 68–73mm T47 threaded frame with a bottom bracket chosen for wet conditions. Enduro's T47 External cups carry 440C stainless steel angular contact bearings behind dual-lip labyrinth seals, and the bearings can be replaced on their own.

Threaded T47 with replaceable bearings

The cups thread into 68–73mm wide T47 shells, and each uses a press-in cartridge bearing. If a bearing is damaged by percussive removal or installation, Enduro sells the replacement on its own: S71806/29 LLB, a stainless steel angular contact bearing measuring 29 × 42 × 7mm. Pressed into Enduro's precision-machined cups, the bearings stay aligned for long-term stability, quiet running and no creaks.

Stainless bearings & seals

This is a complete bottom bracket built around 440C stainless steel balls and races in an angular contact layout. Enduro is upfront that stainless steel carries about 20% less load than its standard 52100 chromium steel and is slightly softer, but it chooses stainless where corrosion is the bigger enemy: wet rides, road salt, sweat, spilled sports drinks and frequent washing. Dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals and Enduro Speed Grease add another layer of protection against water and contamination.

Fitting & servicing

Enduro suggests its BBT-52x16-29 Pro Cup socket (for T47 bottom brackets and SRAM DUB cranks) with Enduro MAX Bearing Grease (GR-009) for installation. For bearing replacement it lists the BRT-060-MH bearing press rod and handle set and the BRT-040-29mm toolkit for 29mm bearings.

The 15° angular contact design needs a light preload for smooth running under load. If your crankset has no built-in preload system, or a plastic adjuster, use the machined aluminium preload adjuster in the box, along with the spacer kit for precise chainline adjustment.

Our workshop can fit it for you as a separate service. Enduro also asks for its stainless bottom bracket bearings to be cleaned and re-greased by a qualified mechanic every six months to keep the warranty valid, and we can look after that too.
