e*thirteen's Grappler Sidekick GR rear wheel pairs a Sidekick anti-kickback hub with a tough Flux aluminium rim and an XD freehub, built for enduro, bike park and downhill riding.

Highlights

  • Sidekick hub disconnects the drivetrain from the rear suspension, cutting pedal kickback and smoothing suspension performance
  • 148×12mm Boost rear axle, XD freehub driver
  • 30mm internal width Flux aluminium rim, hookless, 32-hole build
  • Sapim double-butted spokes with Secure Lock brass nipples

Hub and rim

The Sidekick hub uses a 3-pawl, triple-sealed, fully machined aluminium body with an adjustable 9°/13°/18° deadband. The rear-tuned build favours drive-side stiffness for crisp power transfer.
