The DT Swiss FR 541 in 27.5" (650B) is a welded aluminium gravity rim built to take a beating on freeride, downhill and enduro trails. Its reshaped profile delivers roughly 17% better pinch-flat resistance than the FR 560 it replaces, so you can run lower pressures and hold your line through the rough.

Built for gravity
The welded joint creates a seamless, high-strength hoop, while the non-eyelet Pro Head Reinforcement spoke bed adds material exactly where the spokes load the rim. Together with the reshaped profile and its improved pinch-flat resistance, the FR 541 is engineered to survive hard hits at a maximum system weight of 140 kg.
Compatibility & fit
27.5" / 650B diameter with 32-hole drilling, disc-specific (no brake track). Tubeless Ready with a Presta valve. The same rim is used for front or rear wheel builds, and works in a mullet pairing with a 29" front.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
