LINKGLIDE is Shimano's answer to the wear that eBikes and heavily loaded bikes inflict on a drivetrain. The CS-LG400-9 uses thicker sprocket teeth with machined chamfers, so it keeps shifting cleanly under the chain tension a mid-drive motor generates — Shimano rates it at up to three times the durability of HYPERGLIDE in high chain-tension conditions.

Which range do you need?
The 11-36T suits a 2x9 CUES setup on the RD-U4020 derailleur. The 11-41T and 11-46T are the 1x9 options and run on the RD-U4000. Pick the range from the dropdown before you add to cart.
Compatibility and fit
Requires a rear wheel or hub with a HG freehub body. Run it with a CN-LG500 LINKGLIDE chain or a Shimano HG 11-speed chain. If you are not sure which cassette your derailleur can wrap, ask us before you order — we fit CUES drivetrains across Sydney.
Shimano components carry Shimano's standard manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear — including sprocket wear from regular use, and wear accelerated by running a worn chain — is not covered, nor is crash damage, incorrect installation or modification.
Warranty claims and returns go through Tune Cycles: contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will assess the part and handle the claim with the distributor on your behalf.
