Part of Crankbrothers' S.O.S. (Save Our Shred) range, the BC18 puts a full trailside tool kit on your frame's bottle mounts, combined with a reversible bottle cage, so the tools for the most common mechanicals ride on the bike alongside your bottle.

Fixes for common trail mechanicals

The chain tool breaks 8-, 9-, 10-, 11- and 12-speed chains and installs 10-, 11- and 12-speed connecting pins, and a magnetised holder on the multi-tool body keeps a 10-, 11- or 12-speed quick-link handy. The tyre lever, plug fork and tubeless plugs deal with punctures, and the #0, #1 and #2 spoke wrenches help keep a wheel running true. The included CO2 inflator works with any threaded CO2 cartridge: thread the cartridge fully in, push the inflator onto a Presta valve and back the cartridge out a quarter turn.

Reversible bottle cage

The side-loading cage can be set up for left- or right-hand bottle access, regardless of where it is mounted on the frame.

Compatibility & fit

Fits any standard 64mm bottle mounting point on the frame. Installed size is 140 x 95 x 85mm (L x W x H). The bracket can also carry a spare quick-link and either a 16g, 20g or 25g CO2 cartridge or a Crankbrothers Klic HV hand pump; the quick-link, cartridge and pump are sold separately.
