Crankbrothers designed Synthesis Gravel around comfort: the shallow rim profile helps absorb and dissipate vibration, keeping you fresher on long rides, while the wider rim adds traction and stability. The wheel is sold on its own, so you can pair it with a Synthesis Gravel rear or your existing wheel.

Tyre fit

Crankbrothers says the 26.5 mm inner width is optimised for 40 to 48 mm tyres, and lists 30 to 55 mm as the minimum and maximum tyre size for this rim.
