InSet 7 is a semi-integrated design: a low-stack press-in upper cup with an external lower cup, for a lower overall ride height. Chris King's bearings are made in-house, with surgical-grade steel races machined simultaneously so they're perfectly matched; they burnish smoother with age and are fully serviceable for years of demanding riding.
