A quick-set torque screwdriver for small fasteners that must not be overtightened. Pick one of five torque steps from 1.0 to 3.0 Nm, and it slips over once the value is reached. Built for carbide cutting inserts, useful anywhere tiny screws need a controlled torque.

Torque you can't overshoot

Set one of the five values and the slip-over mechanism releases once it's reached, so the screw can't be overtightened. The Torque Lock position turns the torque function off for unlimited torque, handy for breaking screws loose.

Compatibility & fit

Takes bits with a 1/4" external hex drive; Wera says socket inserts can be used via an adaptor. Wera designed the set for bolting carbide inserts. Check your component's specified torque before use: this set only covers 1.0–3.0 Nm in 0.5 Nm steps.
