X01 vs GX Eagle

The shifting system is identical between X01 and GX Eagle — the same X-ACTUATION geometry, same cage design, same indexing logic. The difference is in material specification: X01 uses higher-grade aluminium alloys and a more refined finishing process that removes weight from the cage arm, pulley cage, and parallelogram. The shift feel on the trail is the same; the weight on the scale is different.
