Quarq power meter note

Wheels Manufacturing notes this internal-bearing T47 BB may not work with Quarq SRAM/GXP-spindle cranksets (Elsa, Riken, SRAM Red 22, SRAM S975, SRAM S2275, CinQo Saturn, Saturn2) in shells 86.5mm and wider, or with any Quarq spider with an internal diameter under 49.5mm, as the crank can rub on the BB cup. It is compatible with Quarq DZero power meter spiders on GXP spindles, except Eagle MTB.

Threading and installation

Like standard BSA threaded cups, the drive side cup is left-hand thread and the non-drive side is right-hand thread. Use a quality grease on steel or aluminium shells, and an anti-seize compound on titanium shells.

Tune's workshop can fit this bottom bracket for you — the right cup tool and torque setting matter, especially on a press-fit or T47 shell.
