Not sure which KICKR you have? The part number is on the white sticker on the drive side of the flywheel housing.

Wahoo warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, under normal use, for one year from the original date of purchase (Wahoo limited warranty, Australia). Damage from misuse, accidents, excess moisture, power surges or unauthorised modification is not covered. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The drive belt is a wear part that needs periodic replacement, so normal wear isn't a warranty defect.

For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Wahoo's Australian distributor.
