Why butyl

Butyl trades a little weight for durability and air retention. It's the tube to carry as a spare or run day to day when you'd rather not top up pressure before every ride.

Compatibility & fit

Fits 700c tyres from 28 to 42 mm wide. The 48 mm Presta valve suits shallow to mid-depth rims; check the valve will clear your rim depth before you buy. Fitting a tube is quick at home, or the Tune Cycles workshop can fit tubes and tyres for you as a separate service.
