Air-Liner Road brings Air-Liner stability, comfort and puncture protection to tubeless road tyres. It weighs less than the sealant needed to set up the tyre, and after a puncture it expands to hold the tyre on the rim so you can ride home.

Tyres as suspension

By holding the bead and preventing rim strikes at lower pressure, Air-Liner Road turns the tyre itself into suspension: a smoother ride and more grip when cornering and braking, with less rolling resistance on rough chip seal.

Removal

Vittoria's Air-Liner Road Tool Kit (sold separately) is needed to remove the insert from the wheel.

Compatibility & fit

Size S suits 700 x 23-26 mm tubeless tyres on 700c rims with 19-21 mm internal width. Vittoria lists Air-Liner Road as compatible with ammonia-free sealant and Multiway tubeless valves, and as not suitable for eBikes. Check your tyre width against the size chart before ordering.

Fitting an insert is a separate workshop job and isn't included in the price. The Tune Cycles workshop can fit it and set up your tubeless system for you.
