A shock absorber inside the tyre. The Air-Liner Gravel ramps up under square-edge hits to prevent rim strikes and pinch flats, lets you run lower pressure over corrugations, and locks the tyre against the rim so it doesn't fold or burp in corners.

Lower pressure, less chatter

Running a little less pressure lets the tyre soak up small bumps that would otherwise reach the bar and seatpost, while the insert still guards the rim on big hits. Vittoria rates the install life at 2,000 hours.

Compatibility & fit

For tubeless gravel and CX tyres 31-40 mm wide on 700c rims with internal widths up to 25 mm. Use with Multiway tubeless valves and ammonia-free sealant. Fitting an insert is part of a tubeless set-up, a separate workshop service; the Tune Cycles workshop can fit it for you.

Vittoria covers its products against defects in materials and manufacture. Normal wear, punctures, impact damage and damage from incorrect fitting are not manufacturing defects. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law also apply. For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Vittoria's Australian distributor.
