Velox consumables are covered against manufacturing defects (leaking, damaged or faulty packaging on arrival). Once opened and used they're not returnable, and results depend on correct use.

For warranty support, return the item to Tune Cycles with your proof of purchase and we'll manage the claim with the distributor for you. This cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
