Tektro HD-E350 2-piston hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear, with rotors

A complete hydraulic disc brake set for an e-bike: two pre-bled Tektro HD-E350 assembled sets (lever with the motor cut-off sensor, hose and 2-piston caliper with resin pads fitted) plus a pair of Tektro 1.8 mm rotors. The lever's sensor cuts the motor the moment you brake, so the assist never fights the brakes.

Kit includes

• Front: HD-E350 2-piston post-mount caliper with its lever, pre-bled (fitted on the right in Australia)
• Rear: HD-E350 caliper with its lever and 1900 mm hose, pre-bled (fitted on the left in Australia)
• 2 x Tektro Heat Tolerant 1.8 mm 6-bolt rotors, 180 mm

Options

Rotor sizes: 6-bolt: Tektro 1.8 mm 160, 180, 203 mm. The kit defaults to two 180 mm (Tektro 1.8 mm); set that row to 0 and pick another size, or mix sizes (a larger rotor at the front is common). HD-E350 takes 160 to 203 mm rotors (the Tektro sizes we stock).

Fit-up parts, sold separately (linked here and shown with this kit): Tektro mineral oil, a bleed kit. Add what your bike needs to the cart alongside the kit.

This kit is the 6-bolt version - the same brakes with Centre Lock rotors are the Centre Lock kit.

Already have rotors? Untick them and the price follows the parts you keep. Every part in this kit can be deselected, so a bike that only needs one end, or already has the right rotors, is not charged for the rest.

Fitting notes

Australian convention: the right-hand lever works the front brake and the left-hand lever the rear; the sets are built that way. Most post-mount forks and frames take a 160 mm rotor directly; check your fork or frame's native size - a larger rotor needs the matching Tektro adapter only when the mount is smaller than the rotor (not part of this kit - reuse the bracket already on your bike, or ask us). 6-bolt rotors bolt straight to a 6-bolt hub. The 1900 mm rear hose suits most frames; very large frames or high-rise bars may need a longer hose fitted and bled by a workshop. The lever's sensor lead plugs into the e-bike's brake cut-off circuit - check your system's connector before ordering (Tektro rates it 10 W / 200 V DC / 0.5 A). Service fluid: Tektro mineral oil.
