Armour Tubeless is an Aither 1.1 insert that floats between tyre and rim to absorb vibration and impacts for a quieter, more comfortable ride. This size fits 700 x 33-47c tubeless tyres.

How it works

Tannus says the wings let the insert sit higher in the tyre than a rim-hugging insert, while flexing with the tyre and rim for traction and stability. It helps limit rim damage and pinch flats, and supports the tyre shoulder at lower pressures to help prevent burping.

Set-up

For tubeless tyres and rims only; it can't be used with an inner tube. Any tubeless valve works, and the insert has a space for the valve during fitting. Use tubeless-specific sealant (not included) and start 0.1-0.5 bar below your usual pressure. Prefer to leave it to us? Our workshop can set up your tubeless tyres with inserts.
