Fast engagement, light internals
SRAM's DOUBLE TIME ratchet delivers a quick 6.9-degree engagement so the hub picks up drive almost instantly out of corners, while keeping the freehub light. Precision SpeedBall bearings keep resistance low and revolutions fast.
Built for downhill abuse
A tapered aluminium axle adds strength without weight, and the wide DH spacing braces the wheel for the loads of downhill and park riding. The 6-bolt (ISO) disc interface accepts any standard 6-bolt rotor.
Fit and compatibility
For DH/freeride frames using 12x150mm or 12x157mm rear spacing; both end-cap sets are included so the hub suits either standard. Pair with a SRAM XD-compatible cassette and confirm your frame's exact rear spacing before building.
SRAM components carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (typically two years from the original purchase date). The warranty does not cover damage from crashes, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
