Supplied as a complete lever-and-caliper assembly with hose and pads; the rotor is sold separately, so choose a SRAM-compatible disc rotor in your preferred size and mount standard. This left-hand lever is paired here with the front caliper; on a typical Australian setup the left lever runs the rear brake, so choose the lever side that matches your bike's plumbing.
