Built for fast riding
The short cage carries a 28T maximum cog and a 33-tooth total capacity, keeping the cage compact and the chain tight. That makes it well suited to road racing and fast group riding where you favour tighter gear steps over a wide bailout range.

SRAM's Exact Actuation (1:1) cable pull pairs with the AeroGlide pulley wheels to deliver fast, defined gear changes with minimal drivetrain noise. The aluminium parallelogram and cage hold their alignment for consistent indexing.
Compatibility and fit
Designed for SRAM 11-speed road mechanical shift systems using Exact Actuation. Pair it with an 11-speed road cassette up to 28T and a compatible 11-speed chain. Mounts to a standard rear derailleur hanger.
