Wireless shifting, hydraulic control
The RED eTap AXS control pairs SRAM's flagship wireless electronic shifting with the HydroHC hydraulic disc brake platform in a single integrated unit. A CR2032 coin-cell powers the shift function, so there are no shift cables or housing to route or maintain. The brake uses DOT 5.1 fluid and steel-backed organic pads for strong, consistent stopping power.
Tailored ergonomics
Reach Adjust lets you set lever throw to your hand size, while separate Contact Point Adjustment tunes where the brake engages. The textured hood and large shift paddle give secure control from the hoods and the drops.
Compatibility and fit
This is the left-hand lever. On an Australian-configured bike the left lever operates the rear brake. It is exclusively compatible with SRAM eTap AXS derailleurs and is intended as a replacement for RED eTap AXS HRD (D1) systems. As supplied this is the shift-brake control with hood; confirm caliper and hose requirements separately if a full hydraulic side is needed.
SRAM warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
