The newest RED AXS control
The E1 generation is SRAM's redesigned RED AXS lever, with a new hood shape, improved braking performance from the hoods and increased adjustability over the previous (D1) lever. Shifting remains fully wireless and electronic, powered by a CR2032 coin-cell in the lever body, so no shift cables are required.
Tailored ergonomics
The updated hood and lever ergonomics suit a wider range of hand sizes, while Reach Adjust lets you set the lever throw to suit your grip for confident control from the hoods and the drops.
Compatibility and fit
This is the right-hand lever. On an Australian-configured bike the right lever operates the front brake. It is compatible with SRAM 12-speed eTap AXS components, which are cross-compatible across AXS generations. Intended as a replacement for RED AXS HRD (E1) systems. As supplied this is the shift-brake control with hood; confirm caliper and hose requirements separately if a full hydraulic side is needed.
SRAM warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
