The G2 Ultimate sits at the top of SRAM's G2 trail brake range. The carbon blade trims weight where it counts, while the precision sealed bearing at the lever pivot keeps the stroke smooth and free of play for a reliable one-finger pull. Tool-free reach adjust lets you set blade distance to your hand without tools, and contact-point adjustment lets you tune where the brake bites.

Lever assembly only

This part is the lever (master cylinder) assembly on its own, supplied with no hydraulic hose. A barb and olive are included so you can run new hose and bleed the system. Caliper, hose, rotor and brackets are not included. Uses DOT 5.1 brake fluid.

Compatibility and fit

Designed for SRAM G2 hydraulic disc brake systems on mountain bikes. The blade is ambidextrous, so the same assembly serves as a left-hand or right-hand lever. In the Australian setup the left lever operates the rear brake and the right lever the front. Confirm your existing brake is a SRAM G2 platform before fitting.
