The Single Trail Super RFS Upgrade Arm is a swing-away hitch extension designed for owners who need full, unobstructed rear access to their vehicle while a vertical bike rack is mounted. Where a standard pivot arm only tilts, the Superswing's off-axis design swings the entire rack clear to one side — accommodating lift-up tailgates, barn doors and rear-access vans that a conventional pivot can't handle.

The Superswing includes an in-line 50mm receiver tube and anti-rattle wedge that locks the arm rigidly against the hitch. Assembly requires a ratchet, 300mm 1/2-inch extension bar, 18mm socket, and a torque wrench to tighten the anti-wobble to 50Nm.

Note: not suited to shallow hitch receivers — a minimum of 60mm clearance from the hitch pin to the end of the receiver tube is required. Sold as a discount upgrade when purchased alongside any Single Trail RFS rack in place of the standard V3 Pivot.
