The OpenComm2 UC is SHOKZ's open-ear bone conduction headset for calls and meetings. The 2025 upgrade moves to USB-C charging and comes with a pre-paired Loop120 wireless adaptor for your computer, in a USB-A or USB-C version. Open ears mean all-day comfort and you still hear what's going on around you.

Clear calls
The adjustable boom microphone uses dual noise-cancelling mics with DSP to keep your voice clear, and rotates out of the way when you don't need it. Bone conduction with PremiumPitch 2.0 keeps incoming voices crisp.
Plug and play at the desk
The Loop120 adaptor comes already paired with the headset. It improves Bluetooth stability on a computer and supports synchronised mute, volume, one-click answering and call rejection in meeting apps such as Zoom and Teams.
What the 2025 upgrade changes
Compared with the original OpenComm2 UC, the 2025 upgrade charges via USB-C and adds SHOKZ app support (Android).

Compatibility & fit
Pairs with up to two devices at once over Bluetooth 5.1, with up to 30 m range. The headset itself is the same in both options; only the Loop120 adaptor plug differs.

SHOKZ covers this product with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
