Build Quality
The WH-RX010 rear wheel is built around a 622-17C aluminium rim (24mm deep, 23mm wide) with a sleeve joint for consistent roundness. The 28 stainless steel bladed spokes are laced in a 2-cross pattern to the Shimano Centrelock rear hub, which uses angular contact bearings and Shimano's labyrinth plus contact sealing to keep water and debris out. Rim tape and a QR skewer are included.
Tyre Compatibility
The 17mm internal rim width is suited to tyre widths of 700×25c through to 700×38c, making the WH-RX010 equally at home on road bikes and gravel rigs. The clincher bead profile accepts standard clincher tyres.
