Electronic Shifting for the Aero Position

The ST-R8060 mounts to TT base bar extensions and delivers the same crisp, effortless Di2 shifting found across the Ultegra R8050 groupset. Because shifting is electronic, lever force is negligible — a light press from one finger is all it takes, even deep in the aero position. Pairing with the optional SW-R671 remote shifter on your aero extensions gives you shift control without moving your hands at all.

Synchronized Shift Ready

The ST-R8060 works natively with Shimano's Synchronized Shift mode, which automatically coordinates front and rear derailleurs for smooth, seamless gear transitions. In Synchro Shift mode the lever's side button manages front derailleur operation, keeping the rider focused on power output rather than gear management.

Compatibility & Fit

Designed for Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8050 systems with rim brakes. Requires a wired connection to the BT-DN300 Di2 internal battery — wireless operation is not supported. Handlebar clamp range: 19.0–22.5mm diameter TT bar. Compatible with 11-speed Shimano Di2 rear and front derailleurs; firmware version 3.3.0 or newer (updatable via SM-PCE02, SM-PCE1, or SM-BCR2) enables 12-speed operation if upgrading the drivetrain. Not compatible with hydraulic disc brake systems (see ST-R8070 for disc brake Di2 TT levers).
