Twist shifting made simple

RevoShift uses a rotating grip rather than levers, so you shift by twisting with your thumb and index finger while keeping a firm hold on the handlebar. The action is light and the indexed SIS mechanism clicks cleanly into each gear, making gear selection easy to learn and reliable to use.

Always know your gear

Each shifter has an optical gear display window that shows the selected gear position. You can see how many gears are left on the low side or the top side, which makes it easier to plan your shifts on climbs and on the flat.

A matched left and right set

The set pairs the right SL-RV400-6R 6-speed shifter, which controls the rear derailleur, with the left SL-RV400-L 3-speed shifter, which controls a triple front derailleur. Together they cover a 3 x 6-speed (18-speed) drivetrain.

Compatibility & fit

Designed for Shimano Mountain (MTB) drivetrains. The right shifter is 6-speed indexed (SIS) for the rear derailleur; the left shifter is 3-speed indexed for a triple front derailleur, giving a 3 x 6-speed system. In the Australian setup the right shifter sits on the right of the bar and the left shifter on the left. Note that on Australian bikes the left brake lever operates the rear brake and the right brake lever the front brake; shifter side is separate and follows the standard right-rear, left-front shifting layout. Match the shifters to compatible 6-speed Shimano rear and Tourney triple front derailleurs.
