Low-Profile MTB Design

The SC-E7000 is purpose-built for mountain biking — its slim, understated form sits close to the bars without adding bulk or snagging on trail debris. The clean interface prioritises the information you need most: current speed, assist mode (indicated by LED1), and battery status (indicated by LED2), so you can stay focused on the trail ahead.

E-TUBE Connectivity

Via Bluetooth LE, the SC-E7000 connects to the E-TUBE PROJECT application on your smartphone or tablet, giving you full control over system customisation — adjust assist level settings, run diagnostics, and keep the system firmware up to date. The E-TUBE RIDE app lets you view and log ride data in real time direct from the display unit.

Compatibility & Fit

The SC-E7000 is compatible with Shimano STEPS E7000, E6100, E8000, and E5000 drive unit series. It is not compatible with the older E6000 series. The unit includes clamp bands for both 31.8mm and 35.0mm handlebars.
