Performance & Charging
Rated at 36V and 11.6Ah, the BT-E8014 provides substantial range capacity suited to everything from all-day trail rides to daily commuting. Charge to 80% in approximately 2 hours using the EC-E6000 series charger, or top up fully in around 4 hours via the built-in charging port — no need to pull the battery off the bike.

Requires a compatible battery mount — BM-E8016 or BM-E8010 — sold separately. Compatible chargers: EC-E6001, EC-E6002, EC-E8004. This battery is exclusively for use with Shimano STEPS e-bike systems.
Shimano warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original owner only. The warranty is voided by modification, improper installation, or use outside the intended application.
