Compatibility & Fit
The BT-E6010 is designed for use with Shimano STEPS E6000 and E6100 series e-bike systems. It requires the BM-E6010 down tube battery mount (frame-integrated or bracket type). Compatible chargers are the EC-E6002 and EC-E8004. This battery is a frame-specific component — confirm your frame's battery specification with your bike manufacturer before purchasing. Not compatible with STEPS E7000, E8000, or EP800 series systems.
Shimano warrants this product to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Battery capacity degradation over normal use and charge cycles is not covered under warranty.
