A stable platform under power

SPD-SL uses a wide, three-bolt cleat interface that spreads pressure across the sole of the shoe. That large contact area gives you a planted, efficient feel when you push hard, and the low-profile cleats are easier to walk on than you might expect.

Built to keep rolling

A chromoly steel spindle runs on sealed cartridge bearings, and the stainless-steel body plate protects the resin pedal body where the cleat contacts it, so the connection stays crisp ride after ride.

Compatibility & fit

These are SPD-SL (three-bolt) road pedals and work with any SPD-SL road shoe and cleat. They ship with SM-SH11 (yellow, 6-degree float) cleats. The spindle uses the standard 9/16 inch x 20 TPI thread that fits all current Shimano and standard road cranksets. Sold as a pair.
