Clip in with confidence

Because both faces of the pedal accept a cleat, you do not have to flip the pedal to engage. That makes the M520 forgiving for newcomers and quick for experienced riders pulling away from lights or technical sections.

Built to keep going

The aluminium body runs on a strong chromoly steel spindle with a sealed cartridge bearing axle, keeping dust and water out and service intervals long. The compact body keeps weight down at 380g per pair.

Tune the feel

An adjustable tension screw lets you dial the release effort lighter for easy unclipping or firmer for a more locked-in hold. The supplied SM-SH51 cleats give 4 degrees of float for natural knee movement.

Compatibility & fit

Standard 9/16" pedal thread, compatible with two-bolt SPD cycling shoes. Supplied with single-release SM-SH51 cleats (4 degrees of float); also compatible with multi-release SM-SH56 cleats if you prefer easier release in any direction. Suits cross-country, trail, gravel, commuting and indoor-trainer use.
