Di2 Electronic Shifting for Gravel

The GRX RX815 Di2 system brings Shimano's electronic shifting DNA to gravel-specific geometry. The ST-RX815 levers feature taller, more textured hoods than road counterparts, giving you secure control when standing out of the saddle or riding bumpy unsealed surfaces. Synchro Shift mode intelligently coordinates front and rear derailleurs for seamless cadence transitions, letting you focus on the trail ahead rather than gear management.

Hydraulic Braking with SERVOWAVE

BR-RX810 flat-mount hydraulic calipers arrive pre-bled and ready to install. SERVOWAVE technology provides progressive lever feel — initial lever travel rapidly moves the pads to the rotor, while the remaining stroke delivers controlled, powerful braking force. The result is confident modulation whether you are feathering speed on a loose descent or hauling into a sharp corner. Note: rotors are not included and sold separately.

GRX Crankset and Wide-Range Drivetrain

The FC-RX810-2 hollow-forged aluminium crankset runs a 48/31T chainring combination — a wider spread than equivalent road groupsets — giving you genuine climbing gears without sacrificing top-end speed. The +2.5mm outboard chainline creates extra tyre clearance at the rear, an important consideration when running wide gravel tyres. Paired with the 11-34T cassette, the total range suits loaded adventure rides and technical terrain alike.

Compatibility & Fit

Designed for gravel and adventure road frames with flat-mount disc brake tabs. The front derailleur suits braze-on mounts. The crankset uses Shimano Hollowtech II bottom bracket interface (bottom bracket sold separately). The Di2 system uses EW-SD50/EW-SD300 E-Tube wiring; internal cable routing is recommended. Compatible with Shimano 11-speed road and gravel cassettes up to 34T. Note: in Australian setup, the left lever controls the rear brake and the right lever controls the front brake.
