Shimano's GR500 is a grippy, low-maintenance flat pedal built for trail and all-mountain riding, with a wide concave platform and nine adjustable pins per side that lock your foot in place over rough ground. Grip you can dial in

The concave platform and nine pins per side give a secure, planted feel. Each pin is bottom-loading and replaceable, and supplied washers let you drop the pin height in stages so you can match the grip to your shoe sole and riding style.

Built for the trail

A low-profile aluminium body keeps the pedal close to the axle for better ground clearance, while chamfered leading and trailing edges help shrug off rock strikes. The sealed cartridge bearing and chromoly axle are made to keep spinning through mud and wet without constant servicing.

Compatibility & fit

Standard 9/16 inch pedal thread fits virtually all adult cranksets. Flat (non-clipless) pedal designed for use with flat-soled shoes; no cleats or SPD compatibility. Suited to trail, all-mountain, gravel, commuting and e-MTB use.
