Design & Construction

The HB-7600-R uses a nutted axle (10 mm hollow type) with flanged axle nuts for secure retention in track dropouts. The cup-and-cone bearing system is fully adjustable, letting you dial in preload for zero play and optimal rolling resistance. The hi-flange profile means spokes are shorter and stiffer, making the wheel more responsive during hard accelerations and sprints on the velodrome.
