The ST-R9250 uses Shimano's wired Di2 EW-SD300-I connection — dual ports per lever make routing straightforward and the system remains fully powered and responsive without the battery drain concerns of wireless designs. Through the E-TUBE PROJECT app you can customise shift speed, assign functions to individual buttons, enable Front Shift Next for seamless front derailleur control, and run micro-adjustments on the rear derailleur from your phone.
