The Tellis V2 is SDG's take on a dropper that just keeps working. Six years of rider feedback on the original Tellis went into a stiffer, lower-stack post with proven internals and simple adjustment, so you spend more time riding and less time servicing.

Built for durability

IGUS bushings, a sealed Wintek cartridge and a Trelleborg main seal (plus three internal seals) keep the internals protected, and SDG says the post has been tested down to -5°F (about -21°C). The 3D-forged head is part of an I-Beam cradle design and pairs with a 26mm stanchion to add stiffness and reduce overlap, while copper lower shims in the polycarbonate keyway system help control head play without spoiling the smooth stroke.

Easy to set up and live with

The low stack height head sits 10mm lower than the original Tellis, and side-access bolts make saddle angle changes easy. Every Tellis V2 comes with 5, 10 and 20mm travel reduction shims, so you can trim travel to suit your frame and leg length. SDG says routine service needs no proprietary tools.

Compatibility & fit

• Choose the diameter that matches your frame's seat tube: 30.9, 31.6 or 34.9mm.
• Internally routed and cable actuated: the housing runs through the frame to the actuator at the base of the post.
• Check the length and minimum insertion figures below against your frame. The minimum insertion line must never be exposed.
• The dropper lever and its assembly hardware are sold separately. The Tellis V2 manual covers SDG's lever on MatchMaker, I-Spec EV and 22.2mm bar clamp mounts.
• SDG lists a rider weight limit of 240 lb (about 109kg).

Our workshop can install the Tellis V2, including internal cable routing and lever setup. Fitting is a separate workshop service.
