The PRO PLT Compact handlebar makes the drops easier to reach and easier to live with, so you stay confident and in control whether you're climbing, sprinting or settling in for the long haul. Its shallow compact bend shortens the jump from the hoods to the drops, giving less flexible riders a comfortable, usable low position without an aggressive race fit.

Easier access to the drops
The compact bend reduces both the reach and the drop compared with a traditional road bend. That means a smaller change in body position when you move from the tops or hoods down into the drops, so you can use the full bar more often for better control, braking and aerodynamics.
Light, stiff alloy
The bar is formed from double-butted AL-2014 aluminium, which places material where it is needed for stiffness and trims it where it is not. The result is a responsive, dependable handlebar that holds up to everyday road riding and training.
Compatibility & fit
The 31.8mm centre clamp diameter fits standard 31.8mm road stems. The round bar shape accepts standard road brake and shift levers, bar tape and most clip-on accessories. This is the 40cm width (measured centre-to-centre); confirm your preferred bar width before ordering, as handlebar width is a personal fit choice.
PRO warrants its branded handlebars from model year 2017 onwards to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions and reasonable use for 10 years from the date of original purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from crashes, improper assembly, modification, neglect or use beyond the product's intended purpose. Handlebars are a safety-critical component and should be installed by a qualified mechanic to the manufacturer's torque specifications.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
