What's in the set
The set combines the PRO Cassette Removal Chainwhip and the PRO Lockring Tool. The chainwhip holds the cassette firmly in place on the freehub while the lockring tool loosens the lockring; reverse the process and the same lockring tool torques the cassette back down securely.
Built for leverage and comfort
Both tools use hardened steel for durability and long handles that multiply the force you apply, making short work of factory-tight lockrings. The dual compound grips give a comfortable, slip-resistant hold even when you are pushing hard.
Compatibility & fit
The chainwhip uses an 11-speed compatible chain. The lockring tool fits the standard Shimano HG 12-spline cassette lockring interface used across most Shimano, SRAM and SunRace HG-pattern cassettes. Confirm your cassette uses an HG-style splined lockring before ordering.
PRO tools are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the terms offered by PRO (Shimano). This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper use.
