A wide, hard-wearing alloy rim for trail and enduro wheel builds. The AL32 gives 2.3–3.0 in trail tyres a 32 mm internal width to sit on, and its offset spoke bed evens out spoke tension between the two sides of the wheel.

Made for trail and enduro
Praxis designed the AL32 as an all-round trail and enduro rim, balancing durability and weight in an alloy build that keeps a wheelset affordable. The 32 mm internal width suits tyres from 2.3 to 3.0 in wide.
Tubeless set-up
The hookless, bead-lock profile is tubeless-ready: set it up with tubeless rim tape, a tubeless valve and sealant. Because the rim is hookless, check that your tyre is approved for hookless rims, and never exceed the tyre maker's recommended pressure.
Building the wheel
Praxis's AL32 build guide calls for J-bend or straight-pull spokes, alloy or brass nipples sized for 2.0 mm spokes, and 105–125 kgf of spoke tension. For a 32-hole disc wheel Praxis recommends 2-cross lacing front and rear. The ERD is 559 mm for spoke length calculations. This listing is the rim only; the Tune workshop can build it into a wheel on the hub of your choice as a separate workshop service.

27.5-inch (584) mountain bike wheels with 32-hole hubs. Praxis's build guide covers disc-brake hubs. Suits tyres from 2.3 to 3.0 in wide; use a hookless-approved tyre.
Praxis warrants its components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date, for the original owner with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear isn't covered. Damage from crashes, impact, incorrect installation (including using the wrong tools) or modification is also excluded. Praxis also notes that building the rim outside its AL32 wheel build guidelines may void rim warranty support, so have it built to Praxis's spec.
