The Minion DHF tread

The Minion DHF tread balances rolling speed against braking and cornering grip, which is why it is one of the most imitated tread patterns in mountain biking. Maxxis makes it in trail, enduro and downhill specs and recommends it for the front wheel, where predictable cornering counts most.

Dual Compound and EXO

It uses Maxxis's dual compound rubber, which Maxxis rates best for dry, hard conditions. The EXO casing is Maxxis's general trail option, with EXO sidewall protection.

Compatibility & fit

Fits 27.5-inch rims (ETRTO 66-584). It is tubeless ready, so you can run it tubeless with sealant on a tubeless-ready rim and valve, or fit a tube. Check frame and fork clearance first. Fitting and tubeless set-up are separate workshop services our Sydney workshop can handle.
