KinetiCore protection

KinetiCore is Lazer's in-house rotational impact solution. Rather than adding a separate floating liner, Controlled Crumple Zones are moulded directly into the EPS foam of the helmet shell. On angled impact — the most common type in real-world crashes — these zones deform to redirect rotational energy away from the brain. The result is trusted, CE EN 1078 and CPSC certified protection in a cleaner, lighter package than traditional MIPS-equipped helmets at a similar price point.

Design & ventilation

The Sphere's closed-off silhouette gives it a subtle aerodynamic advantage without going full-aero. Sixteen vents and internal air channels keep heat moving, while the floating headband design lifts the fit system slightly away from the skull to enhance airflow around the lower head. The Flash Orange colourway is high-visibility without being garish — well suited to early-morning and evening rides where being seen matters.

Compatibility & fit

Size Medium fits head circumferences of 55–59 cm. Lazer recommends measuring at the widest point of your head (approximately one finger-width above the eyebrows) to confirm sizing before ordering. The TurnSys dial adjusts retention, and the straps are fully adjustable for individual head shape. Dual certifications (CPSC and CE EN 1078) means the Sphere is approved for sale in both the US and EU markets. Always replace a helmet after any significant impact, regardless of visible damage.
