The KGSL is KS's compact over-bar dropper remote, from the series KS credits with paving the way for compact dropper controls. It works for left- or right-hand use, and its hinged clamp doubles as a grip lock-ring for a clean, streamlined cockpit.

Highlights

• Compact over-bar dropper remote
• Forged alloy paddle, black
• 22.2mm hinged clamp, compatible as a grip lock-ring
• Left- or right-hand operation
• Sealed cartridge bearing
• Stainless steel hardware
• Cable noodle included

Small, adaptable, precise

KS built the KGSL to suit your ergonomic preferences while integrating with lock-ring style grips, so there's one less clamp on the bar. The sealed cartridge bearing gives a lighter, more responsive lever action and keeps out dirt, dust and moisture.

Compatibility & fit

This KGSL Alloy has a 22.2mm bar clamp. KS says all its remotes are compatible with all KS droppers, so it suits any cable-actuated KS post, and KS remotes generally work with other brands' droppers that use a 10mm cable pull. It runs the standard KS dropper cable: a 1mm inner cable in 5mm housing. KS makes the alloy KGSL in two cable mounting directions, traditional (cable barrel end at the lever) and universal (cable clamps at the lever); if you're not sure which your dropper needs, our workshop can check. Dropper post fitting and remote and cable setup is a separate workshop service; our workshop can fit the lever, run the cable and set up your post.
